Over 15 years experience in designing and managing the implementation of Rural development projects in the Horn of Africa. led various collaborative and multi-stakeholder alliances and multidisciplinary teams, providing leadership, coordinating partner platforms and facilitating co-design and execute humanitarian as well as resilience programs targeting rural, poor and malnourished communities. Proficient in building and leading talented teams, utilizing interactive training, mentorship, and coaching to foster growth.

Master in Environmental Information Systems (Moi University) and Bachelors degree in Environmental Planning and Management (Kenyatta University)
Bio :
I am a practicing farmer and professional in applied Environmental science, with a bias in climate resilience and food systems. My passion for sustainable production systems is driven by the need to integrate ecosystem-based approaches in food production. I am an agroecology enthusiast and practitioner operating a small scale farm in Nandi County, that combines tea production, dairy farming (forage based) and poultry production. I wish to learn from other practitioners or experts in organic farming and also share my experience on application of agroecological practices in food production
