From initiation since 2019 and establishment in 2021, SEDA has been working on ensuring improved livelihoods for Smallholder farmers and young Entrepreneurs in Cameroon's Rural Communities through the SEDA-Life Skills and Empowerment Program aiming at training, transfer of tangible assets, Mentoring and coaching of groups of 25 woman and youth particularly Smallholder farmers. These beneficiaries are trained on income generating skills in Climate Smart Agriculture and vocational training initiatives.

SEDA promotes Education in grassroots Communities by providing transferable Life Skills alongside tangible assets, Mentoring, and coaching to groups of 25 Young Entrepreneurs and female Smallholder farmers.
