Experience & Interest :
I have over 20 years work experience in development programmes and consultancy work with NGO sector; leading in designing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of agriculture and livelihoods programmes (building smallholder farming systems resilience, agroecological farming, agriculture extension services delivery (participatory approaches, farmer field schools, farmer led research), integrated watershed management, farmer organizations development, climate smart agriculture, food, nutrition and income security projects).
Education :
I hold MSc Organic Agriculture (Agroecology) from Wageningen University and BSc Agriculture (Agronomy) - University of Malawi.
Bio :
My latest work has involved development of improved productive resilient smallholder farming systems and livelihoods through Farmer Field School and VSL models including validation and documentation of farmer generated best practices
