Vinjeru is pursuing a Master of Business Administration. She holds a BSc in Aquaculture and Fisheries Science from the University of Malawi and has received a Post-graduate Certificate for Food Value Chains from Weihenstephan-University of Applied Sciences in Germany through the Green Innovation Centre of Malawi. Vinjeru has worked within the private and public sector for more than 6 years in areas related to capacity building and coaching of Entrepreneurs, Farmers and MSMEs. Vinjeru has worked in projects funded by GIZ, USAID, DFID and other government projects. With GIZ Vinjeru worked on the Skills Gap Project placing more than 100 students from various Universities into companies across Malawi. Vinjeru is currently working with Access Agriculture as the Entrepreneur for Rural Access Coach for Southern Africa. She is working with youths equipped with smart projectors for disseminating agricultural videos to farmers and rural businesses. Vinjeru strives to assist entrepreneurs to realise their full potential and help them achieve their mission, goals and objectives through hard work and determination.
